LOW PROFILE SOLUTIONS
Roth Compact System (14 mm Height Build Up)
Roth Compact is a specially developed dry system for the installation of underfloor heating where low overall installation height and quick heat response time is required. This solution uses 10.5 mm Roth X-PERT S5 pipe which is laid into the pre-grooved aluminium distribution plate at 150 centres. The plate is bonded to a high density EPS insulation board which in total only provides a height build-up of 14mm. This solution can be installed as a floating system for wooden floors or as a fixed system for tiles using Roth Compact FLEX-FIX adhesive.
Roth Compact System (24 mm Height Build Up)
Roth Compact is a specially developed dry system for the installation of underfloor heating where low overall installation height and quick heat response time is required. This solution uses 16 mm Roth X-PERT S5 pipe which is laid into the pre-grooved aluminium distribution plate at 150 centres. The plate is bonded to a high density EPS insulation board which in total only provides a height build-up of 24 mm. This solution can be installed as a floating system for wooden floors or as a fixed system for tiles using Roth Compact FLEX-FIX adhesive and is used with 16 mm Roth X-PERT S5 Pipe.
Roth Clima Comfort (17mm Height Build up) Suitable for any application
Roth Clima comfort is a versatile, easy to install low profile screed system that supports all types of flooring. This product is especially suitable for renovation projects (17 mm floor build up) which generally have high heat loads and minimum floor build up allowance. This solution is provided with a self-levelling fibre screed (Roth Flow) The pipe is fixed into the specially developed honeycomb castellation board which allows the Roth flow to fill the board to provide the 17mm floor build up. The castellated design gives total design and pattern flexibility to deliver optimum heat output to the most difficult of projects.
